Beautiful Stay with Beautiful View!

It's a decent 3 Star Hotel, right on the Mall road. The Dalai Lama temple is just 150 meters away and the Main Square is about 100 meters away. Being located where it is, it's a place of absolute convenience. All good restaurants and cafes are super close and the street has an absolute buzzing atmosphere. We were in Room no 301, which had a Large bed and a bunk bed. And the balcony of the room overlooked the gorgeous Valley. The room and the linens were clean. And cleaning was done everyday. We also took up the room heater on chargeable basis. The hotel also has a nice roof top restaurant. The biggest plus of the hotel, I must say is Kunal, who was so wonderful. He helped up arrange taxis, was a great conversationalist and helped us with everything we needed. A lot of Gratitude to Sapphire, Kunal and the entire staff to make our stay so comfortable!

About Hotel Location :- The hotel is located at a very prime location. Both the main market and Dalai Lama Temple is at a walking distance from the hotel. It taken only one minute to reach both the places. About Room:- I booked a family suite which was very spacious and the view from the room was amazing. As there were some minor issues in the room I requested the Manager to give me some other room. They immediately shifted me to another room which was also very spacious, clean and with an amazing view from balcony. About Food:- If your prefer home made food (ghar ke khana) then you need not have to go outside the hotel to eat. Moreover there are very few restaurants in Mcleodganj where you can get good food and the prices are very high. About Management:- The Managers of the Hotel Mr. Anil Kumar and one another manager (I forget his name) were very nice persons, very helpful and soft spoken. I visited Mcleodganj with family. Our overall experience at this hotel was very good. I would like to stay at this hotel again, if I visit Mcleodganj again in future.

Except the size of the room , there’s nothing good about this hotel. Dirty towels , dirty blankets , rude manager , only soaps in the name of toiletries . Too it all , no heating - for a heater pay extra . Made a huge mistake staying here. Would never recommend

The view from the hotel was soo mesmerizing that my friend and i loved to spend time just looking out of the balcony. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the owner of the hotel guided us in and out even after check out.. Would love to stay again in the same place when i visit McLeod.

I booked this hotel through make my trip and came all the way from Dubai after booking online, have seen pictures and few ratings of this hotel online and thought it would be a nice hotel. As I checked in I found the most dirtiest room I have ever seen in hotel, then I called the guys to change that dirty linen of my bed. There were no water, no glass, no fixed tv, no mini bar fridge, no hot eater cattle, no slippers like nothing as I have seen online. Then one of the manager kind of guy came he showed me a different room which was a little batter, so I decided to move there and told them I’ll go out n they can set it. Later I came back found no glasses so called for it then in minutes I got a call from kitchen staff SAYING WHY R U NOT ASKING EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND BECOMING VIP, hell these guys forget they are working, so the staff came told me u can complain sir n u just asked the glass only u haven’t order anything, then I offer him money for glass, then he left M attaching pictures of the room which I was offered, l NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, WORST STAFF WORST SERVICE WORST ROOMS There are many batter options in area but don’t get fooled at this hotel HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!
